The Lay Ministers meet monthly with the pastor to make sure that each person in the community of faith is cared for both spiritually and emotionally.  They work to connect people to each other, adding “layers of love” for those experiencing difficulties or who are celebrating blessings in their lives.

Meetings consist of an equipping time to further strengthen their role as Lay Ministers.  The Holy Spirit guides discussions to learn more about the dynamics of relating to the concerns of others and how to respond lovingly and meaningfully to those in need.

If you are in need of care and support, please do not hesitate to call your Lay Minister.  You certainly may call the church office or the pastor as well.
